Scientific instruments are tools for precision measurement, and their precision and reliability must be an order of magnitude higher than the object being measured. Therefore, although there are not as many components as airplanes, the systematic design is also beyond imagination. The chromatographic column, as a consumable, is a separation center, just like the heart. High pressure, tightness and flow rate stability are required. And the oven needs to be kept at a constant temperature. To prevent leakage, maintain constant temperature, pressurized flow, every link, can not be slack. For materials, seals, and fluid mechanics, a high foundation is required.

The method for checking whether the instrument leaks: pinch off the external vacuum skin tube, and observe whether the vacuum gauge on the instrument can keep the instrument leak-free for five minutes. If there is air leakage, check whether the sealing ring on each sealing joint and rotating shaft is effective. On the contrary, the instrument is normal to check the vacuum pump and vacuum pipeline.

Features: RE-1010(EX) explosion-proof rotary evaporator is used in small test, pilot test and production in the fields of biology, medicine, chemical industry, food and so on. It can be combined with circulating water vacuum pump, diaphragm vacuum pump, circulating cooler, constant temperature circulator, low temperature coolant circulating pump, etc.

Working principle

The evaporation bottle rotates at a constant speed and the water bath pot is heated at a constant temperature. Under these conditions, the material forms a large-area uniform film on the inner wall of the evaporation bottle, which can improve the evaporation efficiency under vacuum conditions (vacuum device needs to be connected). The solvent vapor is cooled into liquid when passing through the glass condensation coil (cooling device needs to be connected) and recycled into the collection bottle.

This series of products use the need to support the vacuum device (circulating water type, rotary vane type, diaphragm type vacuum pump), cooling circulation device system device.

Basic configuration

• All parts in contact with the material are made of high borosilicate glass (expansion coefficient 3.3) and PTFE materials, and the performance is stable and not easy to react with the material.

• The main bracket is made of cold plate anti-corrosion and plastic-sprayed aluminum alloy, and the pot liner is made of stainless steel.

• The sealing system adopts PTFE fluorine rubber compound combination seal.

• Vacuum pressure gauge shows real-time vacuum, pointer display.

• Piston type feeding valve sleeve PTFE extension tube, can be continuously fed to the evaporation bottle under vacuum.

• Vertical double-layer serpentine coil double condenser, main cold and auxiliary cold double condenser.

Frequency converter speed regulation, upturned key (ON-OFF) switch, fine adjustment by turning, speed digital display.

• Thermostatic bath temperature digital display, with lock button switch control, pot bottom K-type sensor stainless steel probe.

• Bath pot handwheel lifting.

• Rotating and heating double fuse safety protection.

• The collection bottle is equipped with a lower discharge port and a glass PTFE independent discharge valve.

• Vacuum switching valve, without affecting the system vacuum and solution distillation, can be continuous collection, discharge.
