Scientific instruments are tools for precision measurement, and their precision and reliability must be an order of magnitude higher than the object being measured. And the oven needs to be kept at a constant temperature. To prevent leakage, maintain constant temperature, pressurized flow, every link, can not be slack. For materials, seals, and fluid mechanics, a high foundation is required.

The method for checking whether the instrument leaks: pinch off the external vacuum skin tube, and observe whether the vacuum gauge on the instrument can keep the instrument leak-free for five minutes. If there is air leakage, check whether the sealing ring on each sealing joint and rotating shaft is effective. On the contrary, the instrument is normal to check the vacuum pump and vacuum pipeline.

Features: F-2L single-layer glass reactor has an electric constant speed stirring system, condensation, dropping system, and heating bath. While stirring the materials, the bath pot heats the materials in the kettle, which can improve the evaporation efficiency under vacuum conditions (to be connected with a vacuum device). The solvent vapor is cooled into liquid when passing through the glass condensing coil (to be connected with a cooling device), which can be returned to the kettle or recovered through a recovery bottle.


Working principle

This machine has electric constant speed stirring system, condensation, dropping system, heating bath pot. While stirring the materials, the bath pot heats the materials in the kettle, which can improve the evaporation efficiency under vacuum conditions (to be connected with a vacuum device). The solvent vapor is cooled into liquid when passing through the glass condensing coil (to be connected with a cooling device), which can be returned to the kettle or recovered through a recovery bottle.

This series of products need to be equipped with vacuum device, cooling circulation device and other system devices.

Basic configuration

• All parts in contact with the material are made of high borosilicate glass (expansion coefficient 3.3) and polytetrafluoroethylene material, which is stable and not easy to react with the material.

• The main bracket is made of cold plate anti-corrosion and plastic-sprayed aluminum alloy, and the pot liner is made of stainless steel.

• Stirring, heating power switch control, button (ON-OFF).

• Electronic stepless speed regulation, through the knob fine-tuning, speed control box digital display speed.

• Thermostatic bath pot temperature digital display, pot bottom K sensor stainless steel probe.

The mixing system adopts ceramic bearing and mechanical seal to prevent the mixing rod from wearing off chips.

• Vacuum pressure gauge shows real-time vacuum, pointer display.

• Crescent-type stirring paddle, 304 stainless steel PTFE stirring blade; Stirring rod is made of 304 stainless steel, outer PTFE tube.

• Stirring and heating double fuse safety protection.
