Product Details
Scientific instruments are tools for precision measurement, and their precision and reliability must be an order of magnitude higher than the object being measured. Therefore, although there are not as many components as airplanes, the systematic design is also beyond imagination. The chromatographic column, as a consumable, is a separation center, just like the heart. High pressure, tightness and flow rate stability are required. And the oven needs to be kept at a constant temperature. To prevent leakage, maintain constant temperature, pressurized flow, every link, can not be slack. For materials, seals, and fluid mechanics, a high foundation is required.
The method for checking whether the instrument leaks: pinch off the external vacuum skin tube, and observe whether the vacuum gauge on the instrument can keep the instrument leak-free for five minutes. If there is air leakage, check whether the sealing ring on each sealing joint and rotating shaft is effective. On the contrary, the instrument is normal to check the vacuum pump and vacuum pipeline.

Features: The FT-50L double-layer glass reactor has an electric constant speed stirring system, condensation and dropping system, and the interlayer of the kettle body needs to be externally connected with heating or cooling circulation equipment. While stirring the material, the circulating hot solution or cooling liquid is injected through the interlayer to heat or cool the material in the kettle at a constant temperature. When the material is heated, the evaporation efficiency can be improved under vacuum conditions (vacuum device needs to be connected). The solvent vapor is cooled into liquid when passing through the glass condensing coil (cooling device needs to be connected), which can be returned to the kettle or recovered through the valve at the lower part of the reflux elbow. After the reaction is completed, the materials can be discharged from the side discharge port at the bottom of the kettle.
Working principle

This series of products use the need to support the vacuum device, high temperature or low temperature circulation device and other components of the system device.
Basic configuration
• All parts in contact with the material are made of high borosilicate glass (expansion coefficient 3.3) and PTFE materials, and the performance is stable and not easy to react with the material.
• Frame type body, made of aluminum alloy stainless steel.
• Glass PTFE discharge valve, no liquid side discharge.
Low-speed booster motor, electronic stepless speed regulation, through the twist fine adjustment, double display speed control box can digitally display the speed and the temperature of the material in the kettle.
The mixing system adopts ceramic bearing and mechanical seal to prevent the mixing rod from wearing off chips.
• Using PT100 temperature sensor, 304 stainless steel, transparent Teflon tube jacket, double anti-corrosion.
• Vacuum pressure gauge shows real-time vacuum, pointer display.
• Crescent-type stirring paddle, 304 stainless steel PTFE stirring blade; Stirring rod is made of 304 stainless steel, outer PTFE tube.
• The bottom of the machine is equipped with a universal wheel with brake, which can move as a whole and is easy to operate.
