For materials, seals, and fluid mechanics, a high foundation is required.

The method for checking whether the instrument leaks: pinch off the external vacuum skin tube, and observe whether the vacuum gauge on the instrument can keep the instrument leak-free for five minutes. If there is air leakage, check whether the sealing ring on each sealing joint and rotating shaft is effective. On the contrary, the instrument is normal to check the vacuum pump and vacuum pipeline.

Features: F2-30L automatic lifting double-layer glass reactor has an electric constant speed stirring system, condensation and dropping system, and the interlayer of the kettle body needs external heating or cooling circulation equipment. While stirring the material, the circulating hot solution or cooling liquid is injected through the interlayer to heat or cool the material in the kettle at a constant temperature. When the material is heated, the evaporation efficiency can be improved under vacuum conditions (vacuum device needs to be connected). The solvent vapor is cooled into liquid when passing through the glass condensing coil (cooling device needs to be connected), which can be returned to the kettle or recovered through the valve at the lower part of the reflux elbow. After the reaction is completed, the materials can be discharged from the side discharge port at the bottom of the kettle.


Working principle

This machine has an electric constant speed stirring system, condensation and dropping system, and the sandwich of the kettle body needs external heating or cooling circulation equipment. While stirring the material, the circulating hot solution or cooling liquid is injected through the interlayer to heat or cool the material in the kettle at a constant temperature. When the material is heated, the evaporation efficiency can be improved under vacuum conditions (vacuum device needs to be connected). The solvent vapor is cooled into liquid when passing through the glass condensing coil (cooling device needs to be connected), which can be returned to the kettle or recovered through the valve at the lower part of the reflux elbow. After the reaction is completed, the materials can be discharged from the side discharge port at the bottom of the kettle.

The lifting and rotating reaction kettle is based on the common reaction kettle, which can make the kettle cover and the part above the kettle cover rise as a whole. After the stirring rod leaves the kettle body, the kettle body can rotate 150 degrees to the left through the hand wheel to directly pour out the materials, which is convenient for cleaning the kettle body.

This series of products use the need to support the vacuum device, high temperature or low temperature circulation device and other components of the system device.

Basic configuration

• All parts in contact with the material are made of high borosilicate glass (expansion coefficient 3.3) and polytetrafluoroethylene material, which is stable and not easy to react with the material.

• The main bracket is made of square steel anti-corrosion plastic-sprayed aluminum alloy stainless steel.

• The kettle cover is made of PTFE.

The kettle cover and the part above the kettle cover can be raised and lowered electrically, and the kettle body can be rotated 150 degrees to the left by hand wheel.

• Glass PTFE discharge valve, no liquid side discharge.

Buffer device: after the jacket inlet and outlet ports are connected with stainless steel hoses, fixed to the bracket, and then connected with the external circulation pipe to reduce the inlet and outlet hydraulic pressure, and also to avoid the glass interlayer circulation port and the connection part of the circulation pipe damage.

Low-speed booster motor, frequency conversion speed regulation, through the rotary fine adjustment, double display speed control box can digitally display the speed and the temperature of the material in the kettle.

The mixing system adopts ceramic bearing and mechanical seal to prevent the mixing rod from wearing off chips.

• Using PT100 temperature sensor, 304 stainless steel, transparent Teflon tube jacket, double anti-corrosion.

• Vacuum pressure gauge shows real-time vacuum, pointer display.

• Crescent-type stirring paddle, 304 stainless steel PTFE stirring blade; Stirring rod is made of 304 stainless steel, outer PTFE tube.
