If there is air leakage, check whether the sealing ring on each sealing joint and rotating shaft is effective. On the contrary, the instrument is normal to check the vacuum pump and vacuum pipeline.

The size of solid physical and chemical board is generally 1550*3050mm and 1550*3660mm. The conventional side platform should be 750mm wide, and the central platform should be 1500mm wide. If the length exceeds 3000mm within 3000mm, attention should be paid to cutting.
