The method for checking whether the instrument leaks: pinch off the external vacuum skin tube, and observe whether the vacuum gauge on the instrument can keep the instrument leak-free for five minutes. If there is air leakage, check whether the sealing ring on each sealing joint and rotating shaft is effective. On the contrary, the instrument is normal to check the vacuum pump and vacuum pipeline.

4. method of use
1) Preparation. Lay the SHB circulating water type multi-purpose vacuum pump flat on the workbench. When it is used for the first time, open the upper cover of the water tank and inject clean cold water (water can also be added through the water drain hose). When the water surface is about to rise to the height below the overflow nozzle behind the water tank, stop adding water, and repeat the startup without adding water. But the longest time to replace the water once a week, such as serious water pollution, high utilization rate, can shorten the time to replace the water, the ultimate goal is to keep the water in the tank clean.
2. Vacuum operation. The pumping sleeve of the equipment to be vacuumized is tightly connected to the pumping nozzle of the circulating water type multi-function vacuum pump, the circulation switch is closed, the power supply is connected, and the power switch is turned on to start the vacuuming operation. The vacuum degree can be observed through the vacuum meter corresponding to the pumping nozzle.
3. When the circulating water multi-use vacuum pump needs continuous operation for a long time, the water temperature in the water tank will rise, affecting the vacuum degree. At this time, the drain hose can be connected to the water source (tap water), and the overflow nozzle is used as the drainage outlet. Properly control the flow of tap water to keep the water temperature in the water tank from rising and stabilize the vacuum degree.
4. When it is necessary to provide cooling circulating water for the reaction device, on the basis of the previous operation in Article 3, connect the water inlet and outlet pipes of the device to be cooled to the circulating water outlet and inlet at the rear of the machine respectively, and turn the circulating water switch to the ON position to realize the supply of circulating cooling water.
