ZNHW type electric heating sleeve is made of alkali-free glass fiber as insulating material, Cr2ONi80 alloy wire spring device is installed in it, and a hemispherical heat preservation body shaped by vacuum with aluminum silicate cotton is used for heat preservation. The shell is injection molded at one time, and the upper cover is made of electrostatic plastic spraying process. Due to spherical heating, the heating area of the container can reach more than 60%. The temperature control adopts computer chip as the main control unit, multiple digital filter circuits and fuzzy PID control algorithm. It has the characteristics of high measurement accuracy, small impulse temperature, single-key hydroxyl touch operation, double-screen display, internal and external thermocouple temperature measurement, SCR control output, 160-240V wide voltage power supply, and off-couple protection function. It has the characteristics of fast temperature rise, high temperature, simple operation and durability, is the most ideal instrument for precise temperature control heating test.
