Scientific instruments are tools for precision measurement, and their precision and reliability must be an order of magnitude higher than the object being measured. The chromatographic column, as a consumable, is a separation center, just like the heart. High pressure, tightness and flow rate stability are required. And the oven needs to be kept at a constant temperature. To prevent leakage, maintain constant temperature, pressurized flow, every link, can not be slack. For materials, seals, and fluid mechanics, a high foundation is required.

The method for checking whether the instrument leaks: pinch off the external vacuum skin tube, and observe whether the vacuum gauge on the instrument can keep the instrument leak-free for five minutes. If there is air leakage, check whether the sealing ring on each sealing joint and rotating shaft is effective. On the contrary, the instrument is normal to check the vacuum pump and vacuum pipeline.

Product features:

1. Vertical condenser tube with condensation area (0.146m ²) can efficiently recover samples from small amount to large amount.

2. The position of the condenser tube can be adjusted, and the condensate dripping from the condenser tube will not flow back to the sample bottle through the vent valve conduit or rotating shaft.

3. New design: the glass assembly can be installed in both left and right directions, the main engine and the oil tank can be freely matched and placed, and two rotary evaporators can be placed at the same time to make more effective use of space.

4. The rotation direction, automatic reversal, rotation time, rotation speed and other parameters of the sample bottle can be directly set through the operation panel.

5. The host is equipped with communication terminals, which can control the start and stop of the whole set of equipment in linkage when it is NVC-3000 connected with the vacuum controller (for safety reasons, the oil tank still needs to be started manually). When an alarm occurs, the system will automatically stop working. The NVC vacuum controller can set, change and display the speed.

6. Replace the optional thickened shaft, and the maximum 3L sample bottle can be used.
